How to Measure

1. Bust

Thread the tape measure under your arms, across your shoulder blades, and wrap around the absolute fullest part of your bust. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides and breathe normally.

PRO-TIP: Do not pull the tape too tight, and make sure it remains parallel to the floor all the way around.

2. Waist

Bend slightly to one side to find the natural indentation or crease in your torso. This is your natural waistline, typically located right above your belly button and below your rib cage.

PRO-TIP: Stand straight and place one finger between your body and the tape for a more comfortable formal fit.

3. Hips

Stand with your feet completely together on a level surface. Wrap the measuring tape around the absolute fullest part of your hips, seat, and upper thighs.

PRO-TIP: Ensure you remove any bulky items from your pockets before taking this measurement.
