Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within all 50 United States.

We do not offer international shipping or delivery to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

Our daily order processing cutoff is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time are generally processed beginning on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order Cancellations

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method without charging a cancellation fee.

Returns

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. We do not charge return shipping fees, restocking fees, or return processing fees.

Once a return is approved and a prepaid label is provided, the return package must be shipped within 14 calendar days of receiving the label.

Refunds

For eligible returns based on a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, the original outbound shipping fee paid at checkout is generally non-refundable.
